Ken Arbour
President
Hello, I'm Ken Arbour, president of Century 21 SKY Realty, and I would like to introduce you to finest group of professionals in Tokyo-my staff. O.K., I'm biased, but once you get to know us, I'm sure you'll agree. First, let me say a little about myself.

I established Century 21 SKY Realty in 1985 with two friends whose first initials represent the S and Y in SKY. Then a lady entered the picture. My wife, Noriko Kagami, and I took over the business in 1989, and have since been working to build it into a successful enterprise. Nonetheless, we found time to start a family, and we now have three beautiful daughters.

I'm Canadian, and I came to Japan in 1982 while working with the Canadian Forest Industry. I studied Asian History at McGill University and earned a Masters of Urban Planning at the University of British Columbia.

Noriko Kagami Arbour
Director and Sales Manager
Noriko Kagami is my business partner, my wife, the mother of my three daughters and an excellent swimmer who held the 100-meter freestyle record at Yamanashi Prefecture High School for many years.

Even more important, for our business, Noriko has earned Century 21's Centurion sales rank for a Japan record 17 times. She is well connected and well respected in Tokyo's real estate industry.

Noriko graduated from Musashi Art University and worked as a fashion designer before getting into real estate. She loves to cook, and to stay in shape, she swims 2K everyday.

Masanori Takeda
Office Leasing and Commercial Sales Manager, Licensed Broker
What do you say about a man who negotiated the sale of a Tokyo office property worth ¥70 billon? I can't say enough. Without a doubt Masa, as he is known in the office, is the key member of the SKY team. He concentrates on commercial office leasing and commercial property and luxury home sales.

In a previous life, Masa was the sales manager of a large automobile dealership in Miami. He also went to school in Florida, earning his Bachelor of Science degree form Palm Beach Atlantic College.

Yoko Tomihara
Sales Section Chief and Licensed Broker
"Tenacity" and "diligence" are the words that come to mind when I think of Yoko. She is known to leave no stone unturned in her pursuit of the best residential properties for her clients. Besides being one of Tokyo's most successful real estate agents, she's a multilingual world traveler. She's a graduate of Tokyo's Meiji Gakuin University and Switzerland's Academy of Languages.

Kiyomitsu Nakagawa
Sales Section Chief and Licensed Broker
Kiyomitsu, or "Mr. Personality" is easily our clients' favorite agent. He focuses on residential leasing and is known to be very down to earth. Being well-liked helps when you're as prodigious a networker as Kiyomitsu, He is said to know every agent and every property in the market.

After graduating from Osaka Business College, Kiyomitsu has traveled and spent a year in Australia. But I don't understand how I ever hired a Hanshin Tigers fan (Go Giants, Go!)

Mina Niibe
Sales Person and Licensed Broker
Perhaps it's the B.A. in French literature. Or maybe it's the California high school education. Something sets Mina apart from your average real estate agent. Her eclectic approach to our business fits right in with Tokyo's potpourri of architectural styles. Whatever the reason, when Mina turns on the charm with her million yen smile clients and co-workers alike feel at ease.

Pete Johnson

Sales Person
Pete is my idea of "larger than life," and I'm not just talking about his size (mind you, he's not small). How many people can claim 1) to have their photo in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, 2) to have worked as a police officer, both on the beat and as director of a renowned public affairs department called "Conflict Management," 3) to have been a U.S. Air Force jet fighter pilot, and 3) to have been a stockbroker with a major U.S. investment firm. That's our Pete. And now he's a real estate agent, enjoying life in Japan with his wife. Having him show you homes will probably be one of the most enjoyable times you spend here.

Yasunobu Amano
Sales Person
While he's still relatively new to SKY, Yasu is our man-for-all-seasons. Whether it's residential, commercial, big, small, buying or selling, Yasu comes to the rescue with a warm, friendly approach that has caught the attention of our most important clients. He seems to have quickly developed a discerning eye for finding the right properties. Perhaps some of the credit goes to his education at the Japan Design Academy. Although I wish he was more discerning with his neckties.
